Zivoe is a real-world asset protocol connecting onchain capital to private credit markets.

Zivoe is a real-world asset (RWA) credit protocol that enables qualified participants to gain tokenized exposure to private credit. This asset class has historically been limited to institutions and is known for its consistent, risk-adjusted returns.

By connecting stablecoin deposits to off-chain lending through origination partners, Zivoe makes private credit more transparent and accessible to a wider range of participants. Users deposit stablecoins and receive zVLT, an ERC-4626 vault token that auto-compounds yield and represents their share of the lending pool.

As borrowers repay their loans, capital and earnings flow back into the vault, generating real yield for depositors while improving access to credit in the real economy.
