A company funds the treasury in stablecoins. The team votes a proposal with a payee and an invoice CID. The contract releases only when the vote, the deliverable, and the payee match. Under $50, an agent can release. Above that, a human approves.
Syn DAO is the payment safety layer for organizations, creators, and autonomous agents on Arc.
How It Works
Stablecoins sit in escrow. A release only fires when the contract matches three variables: the governor proposal, the IPFS deliverable CID, and the payee. Under $50, an authorized agent can release; above that requires human approval. The AI score is an input; it cannot trigger the payment.
Use Cases
The same rules cover humans, teams, and agents. For example, a company can fund the treasury and pay contractors against milestones, while a creator can launch a workspace and collect against deliverables. An agent reads the invoice, scores it, and either calls the release or refuses. A bad CID refuses, and the same release cannot run twice.
An open TypeScript SDK lets any agent or app deploy a workspace, vote, and request a payout without writing its own escrow. Settlement is in stablecoins with contracts verified on Arc.

An autonomous agent reads the deliverable, scores it, and decides but cannot pay on its own. The contract enforces the three-way match, the 48-hour payee cooldown, and the $50 cap. The AI score is an input, not the trigger.
Members connect a wallet, submit a proposal, and vote For, Against, or Abstain. The governor records the payee, the amount, and the IPFS document. No release happens until the contract confirms the match.
A creator or a small team launches a workspace, sets milestones, and collects stablecoins against them. Funds stay in escrow until the milestone clears. Backers can see the balance on the Arc explorer.
The open TypeScript SDK lets any agent or framework deploy a workspace, vote, and request a payout, so builders can integrate Syn DAO instead of writing their own escrow and release logic.
The treasury tracks stablecoins and wrapped bitcoin on Arc with balances readable onchain at any time. The same release rules apply no matter which asset is held.
