Use Cases

Automatic DeFi (AutoFi)

With built-in automation, Supra enables AutoFi across most DeFi use cases by automating transactions based on real-time data and predefined conditions, such as automated lending and risk management where loans are repaid when collateral value fluctuates, arbitrage trading that executes swaps across different pools instantly, and automated tokenized asset management for global payments, payroll, and secure asset trading. Supra turns passive smart contracts into self-operating ones, creating a more reflexive and responsive experience for developers and end users. AutoFi creates composable infrastructure for building intelligent, responsive decentralized finance systems on the Supra blockchain.

Oracle Data Feeds

Supra's native oracle is used in DeFi for real-time data feeds of crypto prices, equity market prices, forex, economic data, RWA, and more across onchain use cases such as DEXs, lending protocols, and payments protocols, ensuring accurate trading and risk assessment. Powered by Supra’s own DORA protocol, the oracle provides secure, decentralized, and fast data to blockchain applications by employing a distributed node network and consensus mechanism to ensure data integrity and prevent malicious activity.

Threshold AI Oracles (TAO)

Supra's Threshold AI Oracles (TAO) is designed to enable intelligent, self-governing dApps by securely integrating verifiable AI logic directly onchain, bypassing centralized APIs and simplifying complex computations. This is a powerful tool for use cases across DeFi, AI agents, dynamic NFTs, gaming, smart contract-based governance, and other advanced Web3 use cases. SupraNova (Cross-Chain Communication)

SupraNova is Supra’s native cross-chain communication protocol, enabling secure asset and data transfer between blockchains with a bridgeless design. This is powerful for various use cases, including cross-chain DeFi for seamless asset movement, cross-chain oracles for secure data feeds, and enterprise solutions for integrated cross-chain management of assets and identity. SupraNova’s design works by directly recomputing the source chain consensus on Supra Layer-1, eliminating the need for an intermediary network in order to bridge from one chain to another. By eliminating such centralized points of failure, the SupraNova protocol enhances security, speed, and scalability for these applications.
