Viewers deposit stablecoins once and only pay for the exact seconds they watch. Creators earn as their content is viewed - settled gaslessly via EIP-3009 signatures off-chain through the x402 batch facilitator client - with 80% going to the creator and 20% to the platform and no payout delays or follower thresholds.

StreamArc gives crypto builders a dedicated home for project demos, protocol walkthroughs, tutorials, and community content, organized by category and monetized from the first second of attention.

The same settlement rail serves AI agents as paying customers:

  • A clipping agent works through a video on a budget, metering its own consumption and settling each chunk as an onchain nanopayment, then proposes the best clips for creator review.
  • A caption agent translates subtitles into other languages, generated once and free for all viewers after.
  • A dubbing agent re-synthesizes the video's voice in another language as a switchable audio track.

Every user gets a developer-controlled wallet at signup - no seed phrases, no browser extensions, no manual setup. Creators receive tips directly via nanopayments, and viewers can favorite, follow, comment, and jump to timestamped chapters to pay only for the segments they watch.

Use Cases

Pay-Per-Second Video Streaming

Viewers deposit stablecoins once and pay only for the exact seconds they watch. Every second of playback triggers an EIP-3009 signature off-chain, with no gas and no blockchain interaction for the viewer. Pausing stops payments instantly. Signatures settle in batches through the x402 batch facilitator client - 80% to the creator and 20% to the platform - automatically. This makes per-second billing economically viable: a viewer pays only for the attention they actually give, and the creator earns from the first second with no follower threshold and no payout delay.

Agent-Metered Nanopayments (AI Clipping, Captions & Dubbing)

StreamArc meters AI agent work as a live stream of onchain nanopayments settled from a budget the user sets. For example, a creator can fund a clipping agent with a stablecoin budget; the agent then works through the video and settles its consumption chunk by chunk as separate onchain nanopayments (roughly fifty sub-cent settlements per job), scoring moments, buying footage at the best ones while rationing the budget, critiquing its own cuts, and proposing clips for review. Caption and dubbing agents localize a video into other languages, each paid once in stablecoins and then free for all viewers. The human authorizes the spend; the agent executes it onchain, verifiably, through the same gateway and batch facilitator client that settle human payments. This is the delegated agent-payment pattern that standards like Google's AP2 are formalizing - running today on stablecoin rails.
