OTC Broker Offering Liquidity to Clients

An OTC broker opens an account on Spotex, establishes bilateral relationships with liquidity providers, and then uses Spotex's white-label trading platform to offer its clients live streaming prices and electronic trading via GUI and API in FX and digital assets. All the while, Spotex's back-office capabilities allow the broker to manage markups, liquidity, and risk, as well as monitor exposure and individual positions, generate reports, and facilitate settlement.

Prime Broker Offering Trading & Credit to Clients

A prime broker opens an account on Spotex, establishes bilateral relationships with liquidity providers, and then uses Spotex's back-office to onboard clients, extend credit (DSL, Margin, NOP), and offer clients a trading platform with live streaming prices and electronic trading via GUI and API in FX and digital assets. Spotex's back-office allows the broker to manage markups, liquidity, and risk (including auto-liquidation) as well as monitor exposure and individual positions, generate reports, and facilitate settlement.
