Niural's U.S. payroll system enables clients to quickly onboard and pay their team members in USDC or other cryptocurrency using our fully automated self-service platform. The system includes an intuitive dashboard for employers and a dedicated portal for employees to set up their bank accounts, view and download paychecks, and access year-end tax forms. It also automatically calculates tax withholdings for each payroll run, files necessary state and federal tax forms, and handles remittances.

Our Agency of Record service allows you to hire contractors globally with minimized compliance risk. By directly contracting with contractors and then providing them to clients as consultants, Niural assumes the liability for hiring these contractors and indemnifies its clients against associated risks. Niural handles the onboarding process and offers payment options in fiat, USDC, or other cryptocurrency.

In this model, you maintain a direct relationship with the contractor, while Niural serves as a platform for compliance and payments. Through the platform you can manage payments, handle invoices, and track contractor-provided compliance documents. The legal and administrative responsibility rests with you, and it is your duty to ensure that contractors are onboarded in compliance with regulations. Clients have the option to make payments in fiat, USDC, or other cryptocurrency.

In this model, Niural directly hires employees through its local entities in various countries and then provides them as consultants. Niural assumes the responsibility for hiring, payroll processing, labor, and tax compliance, and indemnifies clients against labor law risks or violations.
