MetaLeX Labs

Native onchain securities and programmable corporate finance.

MetaLeX does for companies and their equity what stablecoins did for dollars: we make corporate securities programmable, self-custodied, and natively onchain, enabling platforms to embed tokenized equity directly into their products.

Our cyberCORPs protocol brings company formation, stablecoin fundraising, securities issuance, cap table management, and governance into one cohesive onchain system. Each tokenized security carries structured information about its issuer, terms, and restrictions with links to its governing documents. Capital raises settle atomically while issuances and registered transfers automatically update the onchain cap table.

Through our legal and technical framework, MetaLeX enables the blockchain to serve as the legally authoritative securities ledger - not merely a pointer to an off-chain registry. Companies and investors interact directly without requiring an intermediary to maintain the ownership register. As such, securities become programmable assets that can support peer-to-peer trading and DeFi integrations (subject to their applicable terms and restrictions).

Available on Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum, MetaLeX supports founders, investors, and platforms building with native digital securities. Legal structuring, document drafting, and advisory support are also available through our legal arm, MetaLeX Pro.

We call this CorpFi: corporate finance, natively onchain.

Use Cases

Cap Table Management & Corporate Governance

Track holders, security classes, and ownership positions in one place with onchain issuances and registered transfers reflected on the cap table. Manage officers, directors, governing documents, and board approvals alongside ownership records, reducing manual reconciliation and keeping corporate administration connected.

Raise Capital in Stablecoins

Companies can raise capital in stablecoins through an integrated workflow for investment agreements, wallet signatures, non-custodial escrow, and tokenized securities issuance. Investors receive their investment positions directly in their wallets, helping founders close rounds with less paperwork and fewer manual steps.

Tokenize Corporate Securities

Issue shares, SAFEs, and other supported securities as native onchain assets. Each position connects ownership with its issuer, terms, and governing documents. With the appropriate legal framework, the blockchain serves as the company’s authoritative securities ledger, enabling companies and investors to manage ownership directly.

Enable Peer-to-Peer Securities Trading

Enable investors to transfer supported securities directly between wallets (subject to applicable terms, investor eligibility, and issuer-configured restrictions). Companies can open transferability for selected security classes, creating opportunities for secondary transactions while retaining control over their securities administration.

Embed Tokenized Equity into Your Platform

Platforms can build fundraising, ownership, and investment experiences on MetaLeX’s protocol. Structured onchain information connects each security to its issuer, terms, and ownership record, enabling integrations that bring programmable equity into other products and support DeFi applications where permitted.

Connect Token Communities with Company Equity

Through ACE, companies can offer eligible community members a way to contribute project tokens in exchange for tokenized SAFEs carrying contractual rights to future equity. Participants choose how much of their token holdings to contribute, creating closer alignment between the company and its community through defined round terms and participation requirements.
