GigaStar’s mission is to empower creators and provide investors with unique revenue-sharing opportunities in the Creator Economy through the power of crowdfunding.

GigaStar is a platform where YouTube creators can tokenize their future revenue by selling a percentage of their YouTube channel’s future revenue, digitally represented by Channel Revenue Tokens (CRTs), to fans and investors issued under Reg CF. Once an investor purchases CRTs as part of a Channel Drop, monthly revenue payments are automated through smart contracts to CRT holders (i.e., investors).

Through December 2024, GigaStar has raised $3.4M+ for creators across 22 total Channel Drops and has already distributed $300K+ back to investors.
