Bankroll Network is an onchain financial cooperative built around one reserve asset: VLT, a fixed-supply (1.8M maximum) Ethereum token live since 2020. There is no mint function, no admin keys, and no team unlocks.
VLT pioneered Proof of Liquidity. It trades on Uniswap V2 against WETH in a pool whose liquidity cannot be pulled by any central party. Swap fees accrue into the pool. The canonical market is Uniswap V2 on Ethereum.
vltUSDC supports liquidity and demand for VLT. It is an ERC-20 share of a full-range Uniswap V4 VLT/stablecoin liquidity position. Stablecoin deposits buy VLT on the open market, so minting vltUSDC represents demand for VLT. vltUSDC is an auto-compounding liquidity position on a 1% fee tier, with yield generated solely from trading fees - not minted rewards.
A stablecoin deposit buys VLT on the open market and places both sides into a full-range Uniswap V4 VLT/stablecoin position at the 1% fee tier. The depositor receives an ERC-20 share of that position. Fees from swaps in the pool auto-compound into the share.
VLT supply, transfers, the Uniswap V2 VLT/WETH pool, and the Uniswap V4 VLT/stablecoin vault are public Ethereum data with contracts Etherscan-verified.
