Onchain Prize Escrow for Hackathons

Hackathon organizers can fund a Solana escrow with stablecoins the moment an event goes live, locking the prize pool onchain so it can't be touched until voting closes. Builders then submit projects, demo videos, repos, and descriptions during an open submission window. Seeker Genesis holders then vote with $SKR-weighted power through the Seekerthon Android app; when voting ends the organizer releases the prize directly onchain to the winner(s). The full cycle - funding, voting, and payout - is verifiable onchain from start to finish.
